Trimble is the new anchor tenant at the Oasis of Professionals campus in Espoo

Nordic construction company NCC has kicked off a major construction development, the Oasis of Professionals (OOPS), in the district of Leppävaara in the Finnish City of Espoo to be completed in 2021. The area will feature approximately 100,000 square meters of business and retail premises, hotels and housing.

Says Country Director of NCC Property Development Petri Bergström: “This project exemplifies how the commercial property market in Espoo and in the entire metropolitan area is being developed. I am happy to welcome Trimble as the long-term anchor tenant and to have a committed owner for the property under construction.”

Trimble’s premises of 10,300 square meters are to be occupied in 2021. Before that, Trimble’s various software and hardware products will be in active use in designing and planning the project.
